The option of personnel placement does not always present itself to my corporate clients. Especially when a large number of new employees have to be found for special projects, recruitment on a commission basis quickly exceeds the financial possibilities of a small medium-sized company. In this case interim recruitment offers itself. For an agreed period of time, I take over parts of the recruitment process on a service contract basis like a freelancer. 
Interim recruitment includes tasks such as search, review of application documents, selection of suitable interview candidates in consultation with the department, support in conducting interviews, decision-making and possible contract negotiations. Furthermore, interim recruitment is also suitable as a temporary replacement for internal employees, e.g. in the case of parental leave, sabbatical or longer absences due to illness.
