As a recruiter I offer clients and applicants in the entire German-speaking area the opportunity to find each other. In doing so, I use all common methods of active sourcing to find and place suitable candidates.
In contrast to many other providers, I can not only draw on a network of candidates that has proven itself over many years in Germany, but I can also use my international network to recruit from abroad, especially for difficult subjects.
I am also happy to advise my clients on the onboarding of these candidates. On special request, I also offer an assignment as a Head Hunter in addition to the classic recruitment service.
