Interim-HR

By interim HR I mean the temporary replacement of middle-level personnel managers (team leaders/group leaders) in medium-sized companies. For example, in the case of absences due to illness lasting several weeks, parental leave or transitional periods until a new employee can start, I am at your side. It should be noted that my work is preferably advisory and that I only perform professional management tasks within the framework of this advisory work.
My work as an interim HR manager is particularly suitable when projects concerning recruiting, personnel marketing or personnel development are to be continued or newly initiated. I offer you the famous view from the outside.
