Philosophie

As an advisor and mediator, I see my task not only in successfully concluding individual business processes, but also in linking potentials with each other, building bridges and including overall social issues in my work. In doing so, I see it as a human as well as a civic duty not only to chase after the most financially bearable issue, as we too often experience in our economic world, but to combine the overall social benefit with the economic benefit. That is why I often focus on topics such as medicine and care as well as modern technologies and safety engineering, even though the search for candidates is particularly challenging here.
My international recruiting approach is deliberately intended to help people find their way without getting carried away or starting an adventure with the wrong ideas. I deliberately advise applicants in such a way that only professionals with the appropriate motivation and qualifications seek their way to the DACH region and not soldiers of fortune. It can be neither our goal nor that of these countries to lose large parts of the population who then have no prospects in their new home country. Here, too, the focus is on responsibility towards the individual as well as towards society.
My commitment to the cooperation of companies in the DACH region with customers and cooperation partners in South Eastern Europe should also have the side effect of increasing the economic prospects in these countries and thus mitigating the causes of migration. This serves both our economy and the local people.

"The best result is achieved by everyone in the group doing what is best for himself... and for the group."
This is how Nobel Prize winner Russel Nash already described his theory of equilibrium.

Thus, I want to achieve profit and benefit not only for myself, but also for my clients, my candidates and ideally also for society. Every single point is a challenge and sometimes resembles squaring the circle. Nevertheless, it motivates me every day anew to strive for this goal. With every step, no matter how small, we all come closer to our common success.
