What options are there and where can they be found? What is currently realistic on the market? But also whether the desired change makes sense in terms of timing, or whether you can or should also look for options within your current company, are the focus of my career counselling.

In order for an applicant to increase his or her chances of getting an interview, a clear and informative CV is crucial. Questions such as: what should I include, what can I leave out, what should I emphasise, etc. often vary greatly from industry to industry. Nevertheless, there are certain standards that are required and which I address in my consultations. Depending on which counselling package the applicant chooses, parts of the application can be prepared in cooperation with me, so that one can assume with a very high degree of certainty that all relevant information is also present.
My applicant counselling differentiates very precisely between applicants with management experience, pure specialists and graduates.
