Career Advice

Whether you are a graduate looking for a job entry, a specialist who wants to take the next step or an experienced manager who wants a higher salary, I will support you in finding a solution. What options are there and where can they be found? What is currently realistic on the market? But also whether the desired change makes sense in terms of timing, or whether you can or should also look for options within your current company, are the focus of my career counselling.

Application documents
In order for an applicant to increase his or her chances of getting an interview, a clear and informative CV is crucial. Questions such as: what should I include, what can I leave out, what should I emphasise, etc. often vary greatly from industry to industry. Nevertheless, there are certain standards that are required and which I address in my consultations. Depending on which counselling package the applicant chooses, parts of the application can be prepared in cooperation with me, so that one can assume with a very high degree of certainty that all relevant information is also present.
My applicant counselling differentiates very precisely between applicants with management experience, pure specialists and graduates. I provide particularly valuable support for foreign applicants who request this advice. International applicants can benefit from my years of experience in evaluating and creating profiles and thus positively distinguish themselves from other applicants on the market.
Industry, Region and Target Companies
In order to increase the chances of graduates and foreign applicants in particular, I offer my expertise on how applicants can best prepare themselves
In this way, an applicant benefits from my overview of the market and can get tips here on which region, industry or, if applicable, company his or her application has the best chances.
